Become a yeast dough diva or the king of knead in one easy lesson! We cover the basic skills of bread making with mini white loaves, rosemary foccacia and soda scones and brown bread. The cakes you’ll make are a great mix of different techniques form our all-in-one lemon drizzle to the more detailed mixtures to create wonderful cakes with ganache to top off the day.

Course Description

One Day Cookery Course | 9.30am – 3.30pm | €95 per person

Only have a day to spare, then our practical courses will suit you. These relaxed informative course offer a balance of cookery demonstrations with hands-on cooking, all revolving around tasting the recipes prepared. Our classes are suitable for all levels, so even toast burners won’t feel out of their depth! The novice cook will be bowled over by what they can achieve with a little guidance from us while the more experienced cooks go away brimming with new ideas. These classes are full of cooking tips to use at home and they wonderful presents and can be bought as gift vouchers.

  • Tea & Coffee, homemade biscuits on arrival
